I found your blog through your comment on American Thinker. I'm a college prof in Toronto and I do a course on how the media (mis)represents important issues. I have a major focus on the war on terror. Will use your blog posts for sure. My heart goes out to Israel and Jewish people everywhere. We're in this together. God bless you.
Hi Jehoshaphat. I saw your comment on my blog. I too am a reader of AT as Kevin is. I never saw your comment there. I think, generally speaking, Christian evangelicals support Israel. Yes, I support Israel 100%. As for my faith in Jesus as Messiah being a ridiculous notion, well, that is a matter of perspective, I'm sure. :) I believe we are entering the apocalypse very soon - or maybe even now. It is my faith that all Israel, thus every Jewish person ever born, will come to know Jesus Christ as Messiah. Even if they did not know Jesus Christ as Messiah in this life, they will still be saved. So, that is what I believe the Bible teaches. My first employer was Jewish and is still my favorite employer of all time. I was married to a man who was not all that stable, thus kind. My boss Norm was like a father to me. He was so good a man that he offered to pay for my divorce and see to it that I lacked for nothing for myself or my two small children so that I could safely and without concern divorce that man if it was my desire to divorce him. Again, his motives were completely true and good and there was nothing more than a familial type care and concern. I was his personal assistant and the best personal assistant he ever had. When I left his employ - I had done such a good job for him - that he either fired all those who tried to replace me... or they left in tears because he could be demanding - though he never was with me because I always immediately expedited whatever he gave me to do quickly and precisely going beyond what he had asked. In other words, I spoiled him. :) He was my favorite boss ever. He's retired to Palm Springs now, and I am very hopeful that he was not taken advantage of in any way by the Madoff situation. I made his life much better when I worked for him - and I thought the world of him. He was an excellent family man - husband and father - and my favorite boss still to this day. I am not sure why you think it ridiculous that Jesus be the Jewish Messiah. He did fulfill scripture as I see it. While it would be wonderful if all Israel would believe now, I sincerely believe that all living Israelites shall even at a certain point of the now or coming perhaps apocalypse. So, if you do not believe at this time, I respect that. We all believe according to our faith. I believe G-d has a special love for Israel - and so I do too. So whatever we believe and whoever is "right"... these things must be left on G-d's hands and it does not preclude the love of G-d irrespective. I will place your blog on my watch list. The hatred for Israel is hatred for G-d, imo, without excuse and I believe G-d Himself will defend Israel. G-d bless you.

Addressing your points is a waste of words. I would suggest you visit. Jewsforjudaism.com or outreachjudaism.com where you will see, if you care to, that Christianity has no basis whatsoever in the Torah. It in fact completely contradicts it.
